1. Applicant Information Form (see bottom of this page)

2. School reports: officially typed school-issued document reflecting final grades of the last two years as below:

 8-4-4 curriculum:

• Form 3 and Form 4 term reports.

 Cambridge IGCSE Curriculum:

• Year 9 Checkpoints and all semester reports, as well as Year 10 all semester reports. (If applicant did not undergo checkpoint examinations, please provide an equivalent of the same) 

 International Baccalaureate Curriculum:

• Year 9 all Semester Reports, and Year 10 Semester 1 report.

 American curriculum:

• Grade 8 and 9 all semester results.

 German School:

• Grade 8 and Grade 9 results and reports.

 Home-Schooling:

• All transcripts, test results and progress reports based on curriculum to be tested at graduation. 

3. Copies of any certificates of achievement or awards

4. Two letters of recommendation, both in English:

• One academic letter 
• One extra/co-curricular letter
• Can be sent directly to email by recommender or attached to application packet: selections@ke.uwc.org; Re: Last Name_First Name_Entry2025
